The Faculty of Arts and Sciences at Sydney University is conducting a research project empirically testing a theoretical model of organisational culture in relation to diversity and inclusion in Australian workplaces.

They are looking for organisations to participate. The research parameters involve 5 people in your organisation to participate in a 90 minute focus group discussion after completing a short survey.

The research is being conducted by Theaanna Kiaos and Dr Olaf Werder (Degree Director, Master of Health Communication Lecturer – Sydney University). Participant information statements can be accessed by emailing Theaanna at tkia2638@uni.sydney.edu.au or via phone on 0451 574 900.

I have no financial or other interests in this study but I thought this might be of interest to anyone involved in diversity and inclusion in my network (I was a former employee of Sydney University). Regards James Judge
